If you want to warm up the barrel, place it in a warm environment while it is still in it's sterile packaging.

technically correct although prob overly cautious if just barrel under h20 and pin changed prior to inject ....seriously doubt any danger at all of infection ....no more so that with any airborne bacteria- they arent gonna migrate from barrel to pin and enter your system BUT just warm gear in vial prior to entire injection process.
