The pain in the testes is pretty normal. It's the start of minor atrophy. When you cycle the testes start to shut down and shrink around 2-4 weeks in.

The pain should stop after a few weeks.

HCG will help relieve some of the pain and minimize atrophy.

The slight pain will most likely come back again at the end of PCT or shortly after..

This is your testes swelling back up and producing test again.

It lasts a week or so.
