HCG, How many bact water to add to the white tablet??

if you "think" its 2000IU's per ml. then you would add 1 ml of the Bact. Water. and then you have 2000 mcg per ml. then if you wanted to inject 500IU's of HCG you would draw out 1/4 of a ML.

what if i added 2ml bact water the the 2000mcg hcg, would that make it 4000mcg??
