    thanks for the info.... can you give me a chest workout and how many sets ect?

    on my chest were it says bb thats barbell presses so iam doing 6 sets of them and 7 sets of flys?

    also is my trap workout ok? my arms are geting big so think that workout is ok.... just need a good chest and trap workout.... i have bad shoulders so cant do much with them....

    do what you can for your shoulders. just remember whatever effort you put in in exercise is equal to what you get out. if you slack on something dont complain if something appears out proportion or weak.

    chest:

    warm up barbell bench - 1 to 2 sets- 10-15 reps- whatever weight thats not to heavy that can get the muscle warm.
    barbell bench press - 4 sets- heavy as hell with good form-8-10 reps
    incline dumbbell bench - 4 sets - heavy as hell with good form - 8-10 reps
    weighted dips - 4 sets -10 reps
    optional:
    cable fly's - 4 sets 10 reps - slow and really focus on feeling your chest burn.
