    Should We use less testo in a low diet intake? damn! I never heard that!

    My diet is pretty simple,
    kacls 3713,52 protein 336,356 carbs 458,552 fats 51,996

    I use rice, turkey, protein shake, fish, eggs, etc. basically what all we use, and I reduce carbs little by little, and of course protein when I want reach 2100kcals... I mantain fats (good fats) @50-60gr always.

    If you want to get lean and keep gaining, then you need higher amoutn of pro vs carbs.

    I've tried it my friend. It works great.

    what are your stats by the way?
