Should We use less testo in a low diet intake? damn! I never heard that!
My diet is pretty simple,
kacls 3713,52 protein 336,356 carbs 458,552 fats 51,996
I use rice, turkey, protein shake, fish, eggs, etc. basically what all we use, and I reduce carbs little by little, and of course protein when I want reach 2100kcals... I mantain fats (good fats) @50-60gr always.
