Far to many protein drinks and bars,the bars will be full of sugar and your not eating anywhere near enough. When you look at that diet your only eating 3 meals.

I only do 3 protein drinks with 0ne protein bar i only do the 2 protein bars if i don't have any tuna on hand.. Protein drink 1 morning and before and after workout. Thats what was told to me by a trainer at the gym. He told me to count the protein drinks as a meal considering thier 60g and 900 calories
But if you think i should eat more well dammit that's what ill do!!!
