I would add another meal between 8:30 and 1:00 also another meal between 1:00 and 5:00. You need more carbs here aswell. You also need a good pwo meal, just a protein shake isnt good, you need carbs here aswell. If i was you id have a good look in the diet forum, you will get much more help there.
