Not true...he can take all he wants and if he doesnt follow a proper nutririon regimen...he will just bloat with water then spill once he is done.

^^^word, i had the same problem, was stuck @ 255 for like 3 weeks then i figured i needed to WAY up my cals and went up to 260 fast, eat more and trust me....you'll see yourself grow
