    If it is sent USPS and is "signature required" then you will have to sign for it upon delivery... thus saying that you are the owner of the package. Whether you sign "I like balls" or your real name, you are telling the carrier that you are taking ownership of that parcel. If you aren't there to sign for it then you will have to go to the post office and show your ID, then sign for it.

    I see, the fast form of shipping (overseas) this supplier uses requires this, its so stupid what if they (authorities) know whats in it and just want me to sign when the guy comes and than they will have proof.
