Meaning if you get in great shape, then fall back to bad shape, it won't take you as much time to get your size back.

I worked out my entire young life. Never got huge(Knew nothing about diet & over training slowed my growth) but was solid. After 5 years off I have hit it hard for about 4 months and I am getting close to the same strength that I was. Arms are starting to swell again. All pretty fast...
About time for me to find some Anavar to get these last few lbs off!
