okay here is my diet.
Breakfast:
2 egg, low fat Cheddar cheese omelette - 320 calories
cut the cheese, 2 whole eggs and 8 total egg whites, 1/2cup oatmeal(measured uncooked)
2 slices wholemeal toast with thin smear butter - 200 calories
cut this
Lunch:
2 pieces of wheat bread with 1 piece of chedder cheese
try 2 pieces wheat break with 8oz of chicken or turkey, little bit of light miracle whip if needed
Snack:
honey nut Health Bar "Sainsbury"
cut the bar, add a banana and some tuna(50g of protein worth)
Dinner:
cut the potato, add some steak/chicken/tuna and 1/4cup of nuts
Plain Baked potato
Large helping of vegetables
