    run about 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon do cardio at gym for about 4 miles and then in the sana for about an hour and then cardio for another hour

    write this out for me like this

    monday- 30 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 after workout
    tuesday- etc...
