im here, got a cold...im not used to -0 temps...

oh btw, cos of the cold i told myself i'd do a light WO on Friday. So i went to the gym used almost half of the weight i use BUT used a superslow cadence, no momentum at all. Just did 6 sets of back 3 of arms. I felt fresh AND pumped and used girly weights :P
you can do serious damage with "girly weights" i did calves yesterday, pre-exhausted my inner calves and then did 4 sets with really heavy weight to fatigue them, then 6 sets with half that for 15-20 reps, added some drop sets and i was done, calves burned 30 minutes after, lol
the thing is...i'm prolly gonna apply this for ever. or at least for some moths.
i was in the gym 45 mins. just did 9 sets and lots of rest (not to talk, just to rest). Felt good. Chest, delt, tris tomorrow.
3 preexhausiting with pec dek or any gay machine i hate followed by 3 sets ofincline DB press.
3 pe lat raises followed by DB shoulder presses
3 sets of reverse triceps pushdowns

3-4 mins rest between sets. girly weights. 3-squeeze-5 cadence.
i use 3 sets so i can target all fibers. each set for each fiber.
one set should be -5, other 6-10, other 10-15. if i reach the max reps in each segment i'll add more girly weight.
It reaches a point where you dont wanna do 10 sets per muscles its just boring, kills motivation, too much for me.
i understand about the boring thing, that's why i superset so much, like doing bi/tri/traps and just going from one exercise to the next with only water breaks, keeps things interesting and tiring
