i guess let me re phrase my lifting experience....i lift 4 to 5 times a week but don't eat the greatest. i have a 6 pack and i'm cut just not as bulky and big as i'd like to be. i seemed to have hit that phase where i can't gain any mass. reason for this is i'm sure that i don't eat the greatest. i put about 200g or protein which needs to be higher. i've heard 1.5 to 2g per 1lbs or weight. carbs is 1g per lbs and calories i hear dif. on that note i eat a lot of chicken, pasta, and 1 protein shake a day. of course other things like cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, etc. what kind of meal plan do i need to be on the get the best results? any good sites you can email me or refer to about diets?
