Just leave the old needle on there, then change it when you are ready to inject, you shouldn't have to change the syringe.

there is nothing wrong with it being in the syringe, i personally load up an entire cycles worth put all pins on them and store them like that

makes it easy when it comes time to inject, just pull of the cap wipe and inject

nothing wrong with it as long as you dont take the cap of the pin
