If I may?? I would say neither at this point. If you're actually thinking about dating another girl if you are still in love with the first girl then you shouldnt be with either one. The 21 year old may seem mature and stable but chances are she still doesnt know what she wants and you could get caught up in her and possibly hurt.

My thoughts exactly, It's all fun and easy right now, but girls change. Big time.

But I would have a real hard time with the clingy guy friend too. Other than that Girl 1 sounds great.
