Ive just started using this stuff and if it is wat it says it is then you need to go get some! I have replaced my egg white omelets and steak in the morning with this stuff to cut out the time to prep and $$$ on different types of food. it is also a good addition to your protein shakes. i do have a Q though. do you guys think that it is okay to replace a meal or two with this stuff? i think i mite knock out that dreaded whole can of tuna or salmon that seems to be so repetitive with this. Im just gonna mix it in with some gatorade. do you think this is benificial or am i missing out on some nutrients?
