    Arrow More pics

    Some pics from my late 2008 bulk. These taken on December 8th around 2 weeks out from the end of my bulk and January 12th around 3 weeks into my cut and January 27th just at the end of my 1 cut (although I was a little bloated at the time).

    Btw as you may have guessed I've started using a self tanning moisturizer, wow what a difference, lol.

    Thanks few, I was actually as bit disseminated with my finishing weight as I struggled with my appetite but over all the results were okay.

    Oh thanks guys that's really encouraging. Never before in my life have I had to deal with sugar cravings but I'm doing my best to eat clean and lean up even more.

    Wow - Mick! that's fukkin awsome work dude! you really nailed it. Your back is looking sick - NICE definition! Any idea where your BF is at? What was the total gain in weight?

    BTW how did you cycle the clen & T3? concurrent or in sequence? You think that really helped w/ the cut?

    Thanks mate, body fat was measured at 4% by my friends electronic calipers but thats way out imo. I'd say perhaps 7% - 8%, any input is welcome. I bulked up from 86kg to 93kg then dieted down to 83kg. My bulk wan't quite as benificiual as I had hoped but then I used low doses of test enanthate due to concerns about hairloss. I only stacked it with Insulin.

    Over 4 weeks I ran approx:

    1 week of DNP 400mg pd T3 25mcg pd tapering up to 100mcg pd

    2 weeks of Clen 100mcg pd - 160mcg pd T3 100mcg pd

    1 week of DNP 500mcg pd (frontloaded) T3 1 week DNP 400mg pd T3 100mcg pd tapering down to 25mcg pd

    Info on my DNP front loading http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=370516

    BTW I ran test prop at 350mg pw during the cutting phase then came off everything and ran PCT.

    I think my cut went very well and the sups I used were key to that along with my diet and training.

    great info, Mick thanks. So I read the stuff on DNP and it scared the pants off me! - (embarrassing 'cause i'm at work...) i have T3 and clen on hand and was thinking of running a 3 week cycle while I'm on a Keto diet to loose BF. Rite now I'm at 12-13% but want to get to 10% before I do a Deca/Test bulk cycle. If I eliminate the DNP and follow your recipe, I would cycle:
    1 week of T3 25mcg pd tapering up to 100mcg pd

    2 weeks of Clen 100mcg pd
    160mcg pd T3 100mcg pd

    1 week of T3 100mcg pd tapering down to 25mcg pd

    so 4 weeks of T3 and 2 weeks of clen? Sound rite? BTW - your conditioning is fukkin awsome - I wouldn't say 4% ( I've seen that and it looks unhealthy) i'd say 7% which IMO is incredibly well cut! Thanks again mate!!!

    ^^^ mperk, Mick is proof that if you run DNP properly (with proper diet and supplementation), it can be the most effective fat burner.

    If you run a high dose of ANYTHING you risk big side effects, but 400 and 500mg for someone Mick's size is a very safe dosing protocol. I'm gonna give it a try in 6 months during Australian spring time, can't wait.

    My physique is very similar to his pre-cut, at the same weight, and we're the same height, so I know what I can expect to look like with hard work

    Hi, yes my hair definitely has thickened up and I get comments from people which confirms this. It's still not 100% but then I'd run 1 and a half cycles before I did anything about it. I'm still hoping to see further improvement. On my current cycle (test p, 600mg pw, tren a 350mg pw, Eq 350mg pw) I have not noticed any thinning at all. I am using dutasteride, nizoral, Xanadrox, Spiro and Saw Palmetto. I'm also shooting daily to minimise fluctuating blood levels.

    Would be good to hear of you progress regarding your hair situation.

    Thanks mate. Was using Garnier Ambre Solarie Bronze Up, it has a bit of an odor to it but seems to work okay. I might try a different one next time as the smell although at firs okay can get irritating.

    Just an oversight on my behalf.

    Decided to include this pic. Its from around a month after I finished cutting, was just trying to maintain at the time. Covered in sweat not oil btw. Weight was around 84kg.

    I've also included a recent pic from my current bulk, weight was at 98kg in this shot.

    You have blown up man. Very impressive results. Now compare your current look during a bulk to your last bulk. Your bf is much lower now, AND you weigh 4kg more. Well done man. Btw those forearms (amongst everything else) are getting quite thick!

    also, what protocol do you use for slin ? personally im not gonna use it , but i am interested in how its done because it seems to have worked very well for you.

    i hear some people have 2-4 iu with each meal, and then 2 iu per 10kg of body wieght post workout.

    3 days a week, 3 weeks on then 1 week off. Somewhere between 10-14iu post workout. Additionally 10iu used early in the day some days. HCC (Hydroxy Citric Complex) taken after shots, no fats in the 2 hours before shots. Around 70g carbs for 10iu (I find that the recommended 100g is excessive, though wouldn't recommend anyone new to start any lower than 100g forr 10 iu).
