sust deca in 1 shot??? or see my options?

who else thinks deca should be run no less then 12 weeks?

also what if i shot the sust 3 times per week? ie 200mg on monday 100mg thursday 200mg sat? and the deca on the monday and thurs?

if i shot sust 2 times per week i will still get the most out the sust as shotin it eod? i wont loose any gains i could of made buy shoting it 2 times per week?

EOD is for the optimal level. 2x week may make the levels a little screwy in the first few weeks but once the long esters kick in youll be fine.
