if i shot sust 2 times per week i will still get the most out the sust as shotin it eod? i wont loose any gains i could of made buy shoting it 2 times per week?

EOD is for the optimal level. 2x week may make the levels a little screwy in the first few weeks but once the long esters kick in youll be fine.
