Once you have breast tissue, your body will not metabolize it, it just won't. Now sure there maybe a few% of people who actually tried your letro and nolva treatment were able to "remove" the gyno. But it is still there, trust me.
IMO you might not have had gyno and it could have just been fat. I mean letro and nolva will make the gyno shrink in size because they take away the estrogen it needs to "feed off" of and cause the mammary gland to shrivel up. IMO the lump can't just disappear, unless surgery is used.
Puberty gyno and gyno caused by AAS are not exactly the same, because puberty gyno can go away once it has formed during puberty as hormonal level stablize, but AAS gyno once formed it would be VERY hard to get rid off.
