    wen you talk about eating eggs to time it so it conincides with when you need post workout nutrition are you sayin that all the protein from the eggs wont be available until 4 hours later then BAM its all in your system? i thought the protein was gradually released over the four hours?

    I don't think there's going to be any "BAM!!" kind of thing happening. Some foods take longer than others to digest. After digestion it's available to your body for use. It's going to be gradual, probably with a peak point in there somewhere but those eggs probably won't be the only thing in your digestive system. That's why you eat frequently - to make sure there is always nutrients available when your body wants them.

    I don't try to time my eggs with my work out, I just drink a shake PWO and spend the rest of the day eating whole foods.

    Hell, there's probably some beef chunks still down there from 3 days ago!
