I think you told me your at 7-8% Bf. if you are truly that low I see no need to run clen if you goal is the put on LBM. Drop the clen IMO, and just worry about a strict diet. Carb cycle if you have to in order to keep the body fat low while bulking up. I don't understand why some want to run clen while bulking up, its a waste. If people are truly worried about putting on fat while gaining then they need to have look at there diet. Drop the clen
