    what are you talking about its pretty clear. orals winni has an 8 hour half life so it needs to be taking 2xed I cant do that because I want to run 50mg ed and my capsules are dosed at 50mg each so I can only take them once ed or up my dosage to 100mg ed so I can take two ed.
