23 years old 185lbs probably about 30%bf. but its evenly spread if that makes sense, im not overweight.
my past training is this: i played college baseball for 3 years i just finished a year and a half ago. i tore my rotator cuff. " so thats the training i have been doing until now when im ready to be solid and lean. so i had these 16tabs and i dont want to waste them. so will i not see any gains or noticed change at all??
