i just got into instictive everything, trainig, eating etc. no more fvuking dogmas, no more oats, no more egg white, just food that i like. 4 sandwichesa day and 3 old style dished. 7 meals. no shakes no supps. i hate them more everyday.

blah....i think i might have to skip legs monday cuz my knee.....i need the mother****er to get better and it's just not doing it in the 5-6 day breaks between leg days. so goddamn annoying....i swear i've not had a badass quad pump for 2 months now

Take some extra time off trust me. Maybe 2-3 weeks off. Its what i needed when my knee was hurting 3 months ago now its all better. Cause if you get problems at our age especially knees might as well count yourself out. 2-3 weeks won't make a difference in the looong run but constant pain will
