    Knee was from climbing power poles, had artho, still bugs til this day but strengthing my legs will help, just can go crazy. shoulder was some rotater issues, its good to go now. i hear you on no aas, i think i can get pretty jacked naturally, just need the dedication back. i have read a lot of posts and most guys on here are really supportive so i will use that too. thanks
