I am on week 5 of my test e cycle and I have added 14 lbs and haven't gotten "fat", I mean I have gained maybe half inch on my stomach but thats probably water and the fact I eat 4,500+ calories a day.
IMO if your that worried about getting fat then your diet is too blame. Post up your diet.
I didn't take in enough calories, that is obvious. My diet, it's really simple, but I never counted the calories, which I should of done. But all I eat is chicken breasts, lean steaks, red potatoes, ground turkey the leanest I can get, ON whey protein 48 grams usually 3 shakes a day, reduced fat wheat thins, chili, whole wheat bread, bran flakes, skim milk. Oh yeah the only sugar I have is a glass of orange juice post workout usually about 8 ounces.
I eat whenever I am hungry, about 8 times a day probably about 8 ounces of whatever meat I choose per serving, not a whole lot of fat in here, but next time, I will count the calories in everything. I would of liked to gain 5 or 10 more lbs, but I'm not fat, I didn't spend a lot of money.
It has been a learning experience, next time for sure I will up the calorie intake, and count the calories!!
