I am the same height as you. Obviously you have a very fast metabolism, as do I. Some suggestions: drink 2 liters of milk a day. (the fat % doesn't matter as much to people like us, because our body will digest that no problem).
I'd up the calories / protein intake. You're only getting around 3000 - 3500 calories each day. You should be up to 4000 - 5000+ if you really want to gain substantial mass.
