    What do you have for your PCT? What are your goals for the cycle? If you've been slacking for two years, how long have you been back at it ?

    back on hard 2 months. I should be about 180 so i could shed some weight. as for my bf% prob 15
    goals to rip up and keep weight close to were i am now
