You what to know what i did for chest this week:
Incline DB press (two warm up sets, [10 rep] [8rep}) - ONE working set
Asst hammer machine (already warmed up) One working set
Incline DB flys - One working set
Decline DB press One working set
Done
Thats is. Sometimes i don't even throw in the decline presses but i felt like it that day. less is more man. Just keep you intensity there.
