I dont like the idea of cheat meals or cheat days. I tend to do it in years, i am now on year 38 of my cheat eating lol. Im going to eat clean tomorrow and then do another 38 years of cheating. Its hard work but im proud of this 97inch waist..

that is a milestone... i've found that getting past the big 9 - 0 inch was a real trick... what i had to do was eat everything in the house then not dump for 3 days while continuing to eat all the food in the town.
