I'm taking time off until my slin pins come in the mail. The current one I'm using is like one of the pieces of metal that protrudes from a fork... No fun. Pins should be in within the next day or two and then I will start again. Any questions etc please ask away, I'm attempting to inform anyone of anything they don't know if they are interested about PGCL.

Please let us know when your six pack starts to be really difined also
when will shrinking love handles exist. But maybe you don't have a problem?
