Some times, I feel like my body doesn't need all the protein I take in. I think you'd have to workout and keep record for awhile before you really know what your body needs to reach your goals though. I'm still trying to grasp it.

I am currently taking in 2674 calories and gaining. My BF seems to be staying around the same (i take measurements with tape and BF caliper) so i am not changing anything. I have a demanding job and hit the gym 4 days a week, most people would think 2600 is too low but guess what, works perfectly for me.

Diet is trial and error. Not others trial and errors but your own.
    Excellent point

Whatever you decide to do or change, just make sure you keep it consistent. Keep track of your progress and go from there. Without consistency you don't know what could be affecting any changes in progress you might see.

yea thats definitely a good point,

i've seen increases in strength and most importantly physically , but im concerned because i was taking like hardcore hydroxycut + cell tech + a pretty good diet ( besides when i drink on wkends),

but i wasn't sure which to give the credit too was it the hydroxycut that got me abs, or the diet .. or a combo of both
was the creatine responsible for my gains, or was it naturally..sucks buying that overpriced crap cause once u get off it, u lose the consistency your body was used to when u were on it

... i just ran outta hydroxycut and cell tech just this week and im not gonna get back on it ...dunno where it's going to take me though, hear so many rumors about creatine and losing what u gained or whatever when u get off
