Everyone is different, there is no set rule, dbol holds water so alot of the water weight is lost when stopped.

can i front load the deca with the test? say if i was to do 200mg of both on monday then again on thursday?

Weight gains will drop dramastically. As previously stated, D-bol weight is mostly water weight.
Strength gains can be kept. Many report taking d-bol and keeping the jumps for a while. (Strength is determined by diet / training though. Once you stop taking AAS you cannot stop training hard, or else 100% of gains will be lost, just as fast as they came)
