yeah we're getting off track here. seriously though you have good genetics for putting on mass, but the plan you have laid out will not have you at 4%bf in less than 6 months. if that is your goal, you will have to change some things.

I really think you should cut now, your lack of mass is not an issue, if you were cut to under 10%bf now you may not even need more mass for your first show. set obtainable goals, don't expect to be Mr. O by the first show.

not even close, never needed to. at the same time though I've never had any interest in competition, my goals are personal ones. although I'm still working at it, overall I'm pretty happy with how I look now.

Yeah but everyone has different goals, when I first got into this, my interest was more of the "fitness model" look, never really wanted to look like Coleman. Over the years my goals have changed, but I guess overall I never expected to be one of the huge guys. I'm 6'3" so I look slim, but once I got to the point where women stop and stare I was satisfied lol.

I am not sure what you mean but your mass is not impressive and most people would call you obbese. I had about the same amount of muscle you have in that pic when I was 267lbs(maybe a bit less). I still thought I was not lean enough then. I am 223 in the pics so I cut alot.

2 cycles only actually. I cut hard last one and will be bulking next one. I am 6'2 223lbs in my avatar. The difference is that I am around 12% bf and you are over 30%bf. I havent measured my arms lately but I assure you they are much larger than that, my neck is over 19"
