the length of the muscle belly is always genetic, nothing you can do about it
the guys who can go pro have really short tendons from birth
it has a little to do with being taller and having longer arms
I'm better off in that department than a lot of guys
you'll see some guys with just a little ball for a bi-cep muscle no matter how hard they work em'

thats me. i barely have any biceps. But people say "you've got thick arms" cos i have a brachialis waaay more developed than most people which sorta pushes my biceps ups, its its not biceps.
