Yeah this is not my normal meal had to make due with 4oz of chicken 4 whole 0mega eggs and a cup of oats w/ a salad. Ran out of groceries. Probably nap for a 4 hrs then up for a casein shake then off the bed where I'll eat breakfast in the morning and off to the grocery store

sounds good, i get the same grocery list every 3-4 days so i know when i need to go as none of my friends like any of the food i eat so i don't have to worry about them eating my food, lol
