i disagree because right now i am running my carbs and protein at around the same ratio with lower fats and i'm cutting through bf like crazy, you need carbs to grow, they are essential and dropping them out won't get you abs, having a properly proportioned and structured diet will
i guess i don't completely disagree, i just don't think that saying cut out carbs and you'll get abs is a good explanation
Phate, you seem to have a good knowledge on the whole clen issue - if i can't get ketotifen a few people have said bendryl would be ok to upregulate - how much and how often would you advise taking the bendryl (if you even advise it at all?)
Also after a 6 week course of it how long would you stay off it for before going on again (reason i ask is that i wanted to run it during my cycle and also in my pct)
i.e. week 6 - 12 clen
2 weeks off
then 14 - 20 clen
pct starts at week 14

but since you asked a question about clen i'll answer it
benedryl(actually the main ingredient diphenhydramine, which you can get at the dollar store really cheap, it should be under allergy meds) can be used to upregulate beta 2 receptors during a clen cycle
personally i would run the clen 6-8 weeks max and run the diphen at 50mg either eod or every 2nd week(like one week on just clen, the next week on clen/diphen)
done this way you could run it 6 weeks on, two weeks off, then 6 weeks on again if you wanted too
to be honest with you though, if you have to run it that long your diet/cardio isn't right
