    I have never had to use an AI...my lifting bro (who is gyno prone) runs Adex at .25 every other day ....he had to tinker with his doses...started at .25 every day, and then switched to eod. what happened when you frontloaded? What estrogen sides did you get? (dont mean to get this thread off topic...just curious...getting ready to do my first ever front load)

    tired a lot
    irritability
    decreased muscle mass
    extreme fat gain
    shitloads of water weight
    high blood pressure
    mental foginess
    NO sex drive whatsoever
    erectile dysfunction
    seriously bloated face
    aching in the joints

    Uggg!! Oh is that all?!?! Lol!

    When you didnt frontload, you were able to avoid all of those sides?

    I've run 500 a week three times, with minimal sides, and am hoping by going up to a gram in week 1, I won't get that lovely laundry list that you just laid out!! But after reading up on frontloading, it makes perfect sense, to get those blood levels at optimal levels much sooner
