Adex... .5mg eod or .25mg eod or .25mg ed???

Mine are in 1mg capsules and I am not prone to acne or gyno. I just wanna keep the water off. Because they are 1mg capsules.....I plan on doing 2/week (Mon & Thur) on the same day that I jab myself. Any other thoughts?
