Yeah there is a problem, you need a prescription for both in the US (doubt Mexico would care, but US would).

His best bet would be to take Tylenol bottles or something the sort and put his nolva pills in one and clomid in another.

For EXTRA safety purposes I would mix in some Tylenol with each one just in case they open it.
