i went out at x-mas time to visit my brother since he had just gotten married and some old roomates

i met her in a smoothie joint.

we chatted

we traded numbers. as i left she texted me to come over

i just ordered some glucosamine.....and we're superdosing that shit for a couple weeks....if it's cartilage related we'll fix it

not always good
usually means your problem is at your patella such as a problem with the way it tracks over your femur or even softening of your cartilage surface. The pain should have indicated to you to stop putting stress on it. The tendons are unhappy. Could also indicate arthritis. I'm betting you find the problem to be chronic, and unless they're is a bursa to be removed can be a difficult fix surgically unlike a small meniscus tear. most likely you still have problems with the knee for a long time or forever.
