I just surrendered. I hate doing chest. I just do it and that all. I'll never have a good chest. So i stop wasting time and focus and think i'm lacking and can change. The shape of the chest and parts fullness is genetic. There is nothing i can do, so why worring? The only thing i can do is get rid of gyno. I will soon (i hope).

btw. i dunno i you feel i but when doing hammers i feel the brachialii squeezing, pumping under the biceps, like a second bicep under the bicep. I may be a mutant.

my reading (quickly) suggests that if you usually do hammer curls, that may favor the brachialis over the biceps, because the brachialis function is unaffected by pronation/supination of the forearm, whereas biceps are more efficiently worked when forearm is in supination.

if i work my arms directly, i do. Its the one arm excercise where my wrist don't hurt. Thats why i've been doing it for years. I had no clue my arms will develop this way LOL
