To be honest, my diet and sleep is inconsistent. You could consider me nocturnal. there are some nights that im up late (2/3am) and I dont wake up till 1/2 pm the next day. im missing out on a lot of meals. i know this is a problem. do you think it has a great influence on why i have trouble gaining weight?
jbm: I have read the post you listed and it is very informative. I got to eat a lot more and more frequently. (every 2/3 hours) I also need to increase my carbohydrates.
Do you guys believe that lower body workout is key to gaining weight? I never workout my legs except for cardio(mostly in the summer). They are not really in proportion with my upper body at all. If i was to squat and deadlift I would increase mass greatly. Could this have an big effect on my weight?
