17, Very regretfully. 10 week cycle of Deca. No test, no PCT. That bein almost four years ago. Haven't cylced since. Diet and Good training the last four years. But i do have a cylce waiting in the closet.

how long did it take you to naturally recover back?

and are you seeing natural gains coming back strong?

because i did a cycle of the same you did and i regret it. thought the gains you have now naturally, are you bigger than when you were on the deca cycle?
