My uncle crashed his bike in Mexico and shredded his ankle and foot. When he went to the "hospital" and saw the appalling conditions there and was confronted by a "doctor" wielding a dirty horse needle he decided he could make it back to the USA gaping wounds or not.

first time it hit the fan and you got yelled at for something not being perfect in surgery, you'd flip.
example last week, I was in a case...the surgeon is like who the falk designed this screw driver, then he threw a little temper tantrum and banged it on the table...then threw it at the wall. And told me to get an engineer to meet with him cause it's a peice of shit and I have to have a custom one made for him.

and you know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna let baby get his way and have one built for him. Cause that's what they sent me there to do...he wanted to show someone his problem and why he needed it a certain way.
