try having UPS be late when they're delivering bone grafts to you on dry ice gtd delivery for 10:30 when the surgery starts at 7:30...then they show up around 11:30...yeah I've been there more than once.

you might ask why anyone would take a chance on delivery the day of surgery after it's already started. Cause the hospital is greedy and isn't prepared to do the complex cases that they want to make money on. So they don't have a -70 C freezer to store them in overnight.
