kinda been lacking working out recently, but will be working out 5 days a week, 2 days legs and stomach 3 days upper body. I will be taken oxy tabs 1 per day for week then 2 per day for week then 1 again, also with test jab every 5 days. Ive not really got many goals sept to get in bit betr shape and get harmering gym.
