um, well there simply isn't enough FOOD there to grow on. Feel free to prove me wrong by giving me the calories and macro breakdown

your liquid calories are not as bioavailable as solid food.
2 eggs for breakfast, try 10 egg whites and 2 whole eggs
skip the SLICED processed turkey as there is too much sodium and preservatives in processed meats
How much MEAT??? just saying meat tells us you have NO clue how much food you are eating
IF you are serious and really want to gain, you need to be more focused on your diet and take time to measure or at least have an idea of ounces, calories and the macro breakdown so you know what needs to increase and where
rely less on shakes and more on WHOLE GOOD FOODS
